Canadian Bakin' 2/13

Tucked back in Downtown Huntsville is a cozy little place called Canadian Bakin’. All of their bread products are made in house and sold the day it is made. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They have plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The price for our food and drinks was reasonable.

I got the Fathead bagel (only available on Saturdays) with fruit and the seasonal That's Amore coffee. I was a little weary about trying the Fathead because it is a chocolate chip bagel with plain cream cheese, bacon, and maple syrup. I did not see how it would be a good combination, but this unique combination was an amazing breakfast. It is the only thing I will be ordering when I go back on Saturdays. The That's Amore drink is a perfect seasonal combination of coffee, chocolate, and strawberry. It is not overly sweet either, which I like.

My father got the Lox and Loaded bagel with fruit and a salted caramel latte. If you are a fan of salmon or lox, then this is the bagel for you. My father seemed to enjoy this bagel very much. The salted caramel latte has his own unique flavor compared to other caramel lattes. It was very good and also not overly sweet as well.

If you don't want to eat in, then you can get your food and/ or drinks to go. They even have an online ordering system! Overall, our experience was very good and I cannot wait to visit again.
