Roosters Crow Coffee Roastery 12/2

As I write this post, I am enjoying one of my most favorite coffees from a local coffee shop here in Huntsville, AL. Roosters Crow Coffee Roastery is one of Huntsville's most favorite local places. Everyone I talk to always suggests this place. Their vision is to "enhance your coffee experience." In their "about" section of their website you can find out more about what they aim to do with their company. They even have their own merch and coffee you can take home (including K-cups)!

When you walk into the door, you are walking into a very inviting and loving environment. You can often find people sitting at the tables or on the couches enjoying their coffee while working on something. For those who are wondering, yes they do have free Wi-Fi. They have all sorts of coffees on their menu! They have their year-round menu along with some seasonal options as well. For the noncoffee lovers, there are plenty of hot and iced tea options that are sourced by another local company.

Today I ordered one of their seasonal drinks, the Uncle Drosselmyer, which was absolutely amazing! It has the perfect taste of all the flavors, but nothing is too overpowering and the drink isn't too sweet. My father got the Nutcracker, another one of their seasonal coffees, which he seemed to enjoy. It too was not a sweet coffee, it was more on the bitter side (but not black coffee bitter). We also ordered one of their seasonal teas, White Christmas, which was super delicious! If I ever find myself wanting something that doesn't have caffeine in it, I would definitely go with this seasonal tea.

I cannot wait to return to this coffee shop again soon! If you are ever in Huntsville, or just driving through, I would highly recommend this place for a drink (and possibly a snack).
